Thank you for the information. Switching to a high-performance power plan can maximize CPU utilization.
Navigate to Settings > System > Power & sleep > Additional power settings.
Select the High performance plan.
I would also suggest to make sure that your Windows is up to date.
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Go to Update & Security.
Click Windows Update and select Check for updates.
Download and install any available updates.
Restart your computer if prompted.
Go back to Windows Update to confirm the update is complete.
