    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

You can run the Autoruns tool to diagnose startup-related issues or determine which application or service is causing the problem.

Run the tool from Sysinternals Live -

    https://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe

    1. Right-click the Autoruns tool and select Run as Administrator.
    2. Select the logon tab.

    Post a screenshot.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N

This JavaScript error likely comes from an app attempting to connect to the internet at startup. The “ETIMEDOUT” message suggests a network connection issue.

Start by identifying which app may be causing this. Open Task Manager (press Ctrl + Shift + Esc), go to the Startup tab, and look for any apps that rely on internet connectivity (such as Discord, Slack, or software updaters). Uninstall that app, restart your laptop, and reinstall the latest version to clear any corrupted files.

If the error persists, check your firewall or proxy settings to ensure the app has network access. Firewalls can sometimes block apps, leading to connection errors like this.

Let us know if this resolves the issue!
