Is https://live.sysinternals.com/ safe?

I was downloading autoruns the other day where I came across this site https://live.sysinternals.com/

My question is: is this site safe? Because virus total has 1 suspicious vendor and the community score is -28 or something. Is this site safe?

    Rest assured, that is the official website to get Autoruns from and that sysinternals.com is a safe site maintained by Microsoft, here is some documentation provided by Microsoft on that website.

    Hello, i was just downloading autoruns when i came across this https://live.sysinternals.com/ site so, i decided to do a virus total scan

    the community tab is as follows:

    now i am a bit concerned about this is this site legit? i have used the autoruns64.exe, please tell me if this site was official or not.
