Need app center support for UWP java script

I am creating a UWP Java script project with cordova on Visual studio 2017. We also have native plugins like sqlite and other custom desktop bridges. I wanted to use App center SDK to capture the crash logs for the native projects. But the documentation specifies only for UWP native project. Please let us know what needs to be done to enable the crash reporting on the UWP Java script.
