I am unable to use Ctrl+C command to copy files in windows explorer or text in browser. However I am able to use copy command using mouse right click and copy. Also, Ctrl+C command is working if tried using on screen keyboard. I have no issues with Keys C, Ctrl as Ctrl+/A/X are working properly with my keyboard. Only Ctrl+c not working.

Hi, thanks for the response.
I tried uninstalling the driver and restarting the system.
My keyboard is not a external keyboard but integrated keyboard in laptop.
I will try with external keyboard to confirm like you said
Hello,MukeshUppuluri
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.
Thank you for the tests, you have taken very useful steps. Since the Ctrl+C shortcut on the on-screen keyboard works fine, and it is not a system level problem, it is most likely a hardware problem with the keyboard itself.
Possible hardware causes include the keyboard's internal key matrix circuitry may be malfunctioning, resulting in some key combinations not working properly. Or the master chip inside the keyboard may be faulty or aging, resulting in some functions not working properly. In this case, it may be necessary to replace the entire keyboard or the device itself.
You can also try other test steps to further confirm whether there is a hardware failure, such as connecting the keyboard to other devices to test, or if it is an external keyboard you can change the port to test, and finally you can uninstall and reinstall the driver to try.
If after the above steps the problem still exists, it can be determined that there is a hardware failure, we recommend that you take the keyboard to an offline computer repair store to check and repair. Wish you all the best!
