Power Automate Error code 429

Question

Hello everyone,

I had a power automate issue for about 10 mins on Apr 27th like the image shown below. I think this case is kinda my company 's global issue at that time. Could you guide me what the issue was wrong? In addition, I wonder what this error code 429 means.
