Reservation Confirmation

I purchased a Reservation for my SQL Managed Instance but how do I tell if its being applied against it? When I go to resources, its still saying my estimated monthly cost is double what it should be. What am I missing?

Your issue is more related to Azure SQL managed instance. I suggest you add a tag azure-sql-database or open a thread in azure-sql-database so that people there will help you more effectively.
