I'm really sorry about that. Windows defaults to using either the A2DP profile for high-quality audio output (with no mic support) or the HFP profile when a mic is needed, automatically switching between the two depending on the task. This switching is generally hard-coded into the Bluetooth stack, meaning applications themselves can’t usually override it.
I personally have been using exclusively bluetooth for almost 5 years now. I'm switching from Airpods Max, and a bluetooth reciever, with a seperate wireless lavalier microphone.
The issue is due to Bluetooth's limitation: Windows switches between high-quality audio (A2DP, no mic) and call audio with mic (HFP, lower quality).
At the moment, the only solution would be to use a seperate, wireless microphone if you want to still go fully wireless. This is the exact model of microphone that I use if you're interested. https://www.boyamic.com/product/by-v4
