I have NEW laptop and I keep getting in Notifications the same stupid error message, AND I AM SIGNED IN. Really MY question is: WHICH APP OR PROGRAM IS DOING THIS?
BTW EVERYTHING IS UPDATED AND IF you're going to tell me to reinstall everything or other silly responses - please don't. They didnt work in above thread on Community either

2024-11-25T11:24:58+00:00 Dear apppro(2)
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.
According to your reported error, it is due to an application in Windows repeatedly requesting to sign in to a Microsoft account, but never being able to do so that is causing the issue.
So please refer to the following fixes.
- Check the Windows time.
You can press WIN+i to go to Settings - Time & Language - Date & Time and turn on Automatically set time zone.
2.Network problem.
You can press WIN+S to enter CMD-right click to enter as administrator:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
Restart the computer to test.
Press WIN+R and type WSREST.
Reset the app store and restart your computer.
Best Wish

2024-11-25T14:28:26+00:00 Time settings WERE ALL right.
tried your CMD thing... NO idea if it did anything.
The "notification" does NOT happen all the time. and it can happen in the middle of the day too when I AM SIGNED IN ALREADY.
Personally I think it is (NEW) Outlook which has not worked right really since day 1 but seems to be better now sort of... who knows.
I'll let you know if I get it again.
