    Hi Anita Rowe.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Microsoft Community.

In your description, you want to access the Password Manager.

We're a little confused about “password manager” because there is currently no separate password manager for Windows accounts or Windows Hello in Windows, are you referring to a password manager that is part of some application (like Chrome)?

Or is it some third-party password manager you're using?

Please let me know your specific situation and I will provide you further assistance based on your specific situation.

If you want to manage web passwords, you can search for “Control Panel” in the taskbar, then click User Accounts>Credential Manager, and try to manage web passwords or Windows credentials here.

Thank you for your understanding and support. Looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,

In Windows, we've Credential Manager. You can access it by running control /name Microsoft.CredentialManager command.
