- Are you a pure cloud environment? All mailboxes are in Exchange online, and there is no on-premsies Exchange server.
- Did the user change any related settings of mailbox?
- Please share the complete message error information with us, please pay attention covering the personal information.
Please check if the user's OWA function is disabled.
