    Hi Nguyễn,

I'm Ahmed, and I'm here to help. Apologies for the issue you're facing, and I'm happy to assist in resolving it.

You can safely delete the subfolders in the C:\Windows\SystemTemp directory if they are temporary files and not actively being used by a program or process. These folders are typically created by software during updates, installations, or runtime activities. Here's how you can proceed:

Steps to Safely Delete Temporary Folders:

    1. Close Active Programs:
    • Ensure that browsers (like Chrome) or any other programs related to these folders are closed.
    1. Check Folder Contents:
    • Open a few of these folders to verify they only contain temporary files.
    • Avoid deleting folders if they contain files currently in use.

3.Select the subfolders and delete them. If Windows prevents you from deleting some folders, it means they are still in use.

    1. Use Disk Cleanup (Optional):
    • Open Disk Cleanup by typing Disk Cleanup in the Start menu.
    • Select the drive (usually C:), and check "Temporary Files" or similar categories to clean them automatically.

    5 Automate with Storage (Optional):

    • Go to Settings > System > Storage.
    • Enable Storage Sense to clean up temporary files automatically.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
