I bought a license key separately
Window Activation
I was on Win 10 but since my PC was broken I built another PC. MS knew I was on another PC and prompted me to activate it upon me selecting hardware changes but it was not successful. Any CS I could get to for activating my product?

Windows Activation after hardware change depends on what type of license do you have.
Since you bought the product key separately, if you have the 25 character code and it is a retail key try to reactivate it:
Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Change Product Key and enter the key that you have.
If it is a digital license linked to your Microsoft account, it should activate the Windows automatically after signing in with your Microsoft account.
If did not work, try to troubleshoot it by going to Start > Updated & Security > Activation > Troubleshoot.
Or, login to your Microsoft account and remove your old computer since it is no longer available.
Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.

Windows Activation after computer change depends on the type of license you have.
May I know how you activated Windows on your old computer? Was it preinstalled or did you buy a license key seperately?
