    Hi,

Would you please provide more description about the issue? Do you get any specific issues, such as disk error or others?

Do you get any other related error disk error, such as error 153 or others?

If we have some issues with the volume system file level, we may try to run chkdsk /f /r in cmd to check if there's any error.

If the issue is hardware related, it's recommended to turn to storage vendor for better help.

Besides, if you would like to get the possible cause of the issue, it's recommended to open a case with MS:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne
