Whether it's malware or a PUA I'm not sure, either way you don't want it. Run a scan with Malwarebytes:

hi
i was checking task manager that suddenly in startup apps i found an app called "program" that was enabled. i couldnt open the file path i was a bit scared. and as you can see in command line it says "C/program" files/.. which is a bit weird. i disabled it but what was this app??????
