Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    Thanks for the clarification.

The minidump only mentions an AMD graphics driver. So, it appears to be from the integrated graphics card.

I suggest you perform a clean install of the AMD graphics driver.

To perform a clean install of the AMD graphics driver, you must first use the AMD cleanup tool to remove the current driver.

    https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articl...

After using the AMD's cleanup tool to remove the current driver, install the latest driver. Download it from the link below.

    https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/GamingDT/Ima...

(Run the downloaded EXE file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)

Then, see if the system will work stably in the same situation.

If the blue screen occurs again after doing this, share the minidump created by it. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Thanks.

The minidump indicates the driver "amdkmdag.sys" as the cause of the crash. This driver belongs to your AMD graphics card.

Usually, a clean installation of the graphics driver resolves the issue.

    Please clarify the following:

Do you use only the CPU's integrated AMD graphics card or do you have a dedicated AMD graphics card?

If you have a dedicated AMD graphics card. What is its model?

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please share the minidump files.

(Do not share the MEMORY.DMP file as it may contain personal information. Only share the minidump files.)

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

(If you don't have a "Minidump" folder, check if it is in the plural "Minidumps".)

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
