unknown start up programs

hi, i have on my start up two apps that i don´t recognize, ive run multiple scans but never found anything if its virus or anything. i cannot get more info of the apps just disable it.
for some reason every screenshot and pic i trie to upload it failed,
so one program is called ´13´ and the second one ´b6b8eda7-9c8f-408b-9df9-6ea58c44b71f B6b8eda7-9c8f-408b-9df9-6ea58c44b71f´
i really have no idea what it can be, there´s no icon to it just blank paper icon. if anyone have idea what it is or how can i get rid of it i would be very grateful, Thank you

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, this issue occurs when there's a third-party services/apps that may have a conflict, in this case, we need to run Autorun, wherein we will remove unnecessary files which are not in use and are corrupted.

Go to this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/...

Click "Download Autoruns and Autorunsc"

Then open and run Autoruns

Delete all highlighted with Pink and Yellow color (If you cannot delete some of those it is okay to skip)
