My Nvidia driver doesn't work

The Nvidia Geforce of my pc (latitude 5480) doesn't work unless I disable then enable it. I tried updating the driver but that didn't help.

I have been trying to switch from the Intel HD graphics to the Nvidia. I tired installing the Nvidia control panel but showed an error message then I installed the Geforce Experience and this time, the control panel didn't open.

Please I need help with this.
