Nothing will update

So my Asus laptop has been bugging lately and I've been trying to update it but it won't I have allot of updates but it just won't work they all just get stuck at 0% and then when I go to the store to update anything like I said NOTHING UPDATES I need help any tips?

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to System - Troubleshoot - Other Troubleshooters

    Run the Windows Update troubleshooter from the resulting page

    If that does not get the update service working on your PC

    Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

    Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Windows Updates
