Hi Ai. My name is Ivan, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue.
There are several factors that can affect the time of the records, so I would like to share with you options that we can perform to fix both the date and time for future records and we are going to adjust the date and time settings:
Access the settings: Go to "Settings" > "Time and language" > "Date and time".
Set the correct time and date: Make sure that the time and date are correct for your location.
Activate automatic configuration: Enable the option for the system to automatically configure itself with an Internet time server.
We are also going to perform the synchronization with a time server:
• Select a server: In the date and time settings, choose a reliable time server such as [invalid URL removed].
• Force synchronization: If automatic synchronization does not work, try to force it manually.:
• Adjust the time zone: Make sure that the time zone configured on your system matches your current location.
It's not a bad idea to check the system logs for related events: Check the system logs for events that indicate changes in the time settings or problems with synchronization.
• Check the clock hardware:
Update drivers: If you suspect a problem with the clock hardware, try updating the motherboard drivers, or I can also recommend checking the BIOS battery physically and replacing it with a new one.
