Getting an error message when reinstalling Roblox

After having technical issues with Roblox earlier today I uninstalled the game, and upon trying to reinstall I keep getting this error message. " Failed to reach https://clientsettingscdn.roblox.com/v2/clientversion/WindowsPlayer/channel/zmoregranulartelemetryprofiling, please check your internet connection "

I have checked if I have any VPNs or firewalls preventing the download to no success, cleared my DNS cache and changed my DNS, and have made sure everything was updated, I am on Ws 10

The Microsoft store version is working for me but I would really prefer not playing on that version if anyone knows how to fix this thanks

    Hello, Joshua Bumatay

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

Thanks for your feedback. I read the information you provided. You mentioned that you received an error message when playing Roblox.

I understand that this problem is causing you trouble. If you can use the version downloaded from the Microsoft Store normally, it means that your network is fine, so the problem may be that there is a problem with the Roblox server.

I hope to solve your problem, but this kind of network problem is beyond the scope of our forum reply. Please don't worry, you can submit your problem to Roblox's technical support staff, who will provide you with more professional advice and provide you with more useful information. You can contact them by clicking the link below.
