Hi ,

Okay, so you'll do the following: download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tools from the link below:

https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

Select Download tool now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.

If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.

On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.

The application will automatically identify the correct version of Windows 10 for your system, from Next.

Select which media you want to use USB Media Flash and Connect USB Flash to the computer and select the drive letter of the USB Flash, then press next and wait for the ISO to download and create the installation drive.

After finishing, you will go to your Desktop, connect the USB input and restart the computer. Press the F2 key as soon as it turns on to access the BIOS.

In the Bios you will change the following: press the F7 key to enter Advanced mode, then go to the Advanced tab, to the AMD FTPM tab and check if it is activated > Return to the previous menu > Access the CPU Configuration tab and check if AMD SVM is active > Return to the previous menu > PCI Subsystem Settings You will activate the Above 4G and Re-sizable BAR options > Return to the previous menu Access the Boot tab > CSM, disable CSM and return to the Boot menu in Secure boot, set it to Other OS > Now in the Boot configuration You will put the order of the USB Flash Drive as first and Hard Disk as second > Press the F10 key and save.

The information will appear Press the Enter key to start the installation.

Hope this helps.

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

It is probably asking for the previous user account when resetting. Did you select the option to keep files?

Do you have an 8 GB USB flash drive in case we can reinstall it?

    What is your PC configuration?
