    Hello Dragan,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

Based on the description provided, it seems that the issue could be with the network adapters. Try reinstalling the network driver and see if it helps.

    1. Right-click your Wireless Network adapter in the Device Manager, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.
    2. Once uninstalled, restart your PC. (Not shutdown)
    3. Windows will automatically re-install the drivers for you. Check if your wi-fi network connectivity works without interruption.

If you are still experiencing issues, press the Windows + R keys, type msinfo32, and press Enter. Then, attach a screenshot of the System Information window with your next reply.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N

First of all, specify how you connect to the internet, via LAN or WiFi? Does the problem occur in both cases?

Does the problem occur only during games or also during normal web browsing?

Specify the exact model of your computer or go to Start, type msinfo and attach a screenshot of the System Information page. Also, specify the exact model of your network card or go to Device Manager expand network adapters and post the screenshot.
