Clarify as to what MS Account, email?
If so can you access that mail account in your web browser?
BTW Win 8 if thats what you have, updates of any type ceased Jan 2023 when it went out of support
having issues changing account

I tried changing my account to Microsoft account but its not working I was asked to check network connection which I did but still not working what should I do
