Hi, Emir. My name is Ivan, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you.
Is the problem only with the wallpaper, or have you noticed problems with other video-related applications?
- Go to your graphics card manufacturer's website (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) and download the latest driver compatible with your version of Windows and your specific graphics card model.
- Use Device Manager to uninstall the graphics driver.
Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
If that fails, reinstall the driver manually from the manufacturer's website.
- Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings." Make sure the resolution and refresh rate are set to the recommended values for your monitor.
- If you're using a slideshow as your wallpaper, try setting a single static image as your wallpaper to see if that resolves the issue, or replace the image with a new one.
