Random issues where nothing will open

This issue seems to be random but every once in a while I get to a point where I can't seem to open anything. But sometimes file explorer loads. I try to open task manager and that won't load. ctrl alt del sometimes works, but still won't be able to open task manager, and I try to shut down my computer and it tries. After a while it never seems to be able to shut down on it's own I have to shut it down manually. I've never seen any errors pop up, and everything seems normal up until that point. This started about a week or so ago.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, it seems that unnecessary services are interrupting the process of the PC, in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?
