9-3-24 I discovered a $64.19 charge on mybank account from Microsoft. When I try to leave a message through your INVESTIGATE method, it is not accepted. My bank has already pulled my debit card. I have looked through everything possible that I am aware of. I know I didnot charge $64.19 at Microsoft. What do I need to do to get a refund on my bank account, or a check in the mail, as my bank has pulled my card. Jane Hardin

    Hey Jane!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing unauthorized charges on your payment method.

Just a gentle reminder that we are only Microsoft users here in the community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access any Microsoft System.

I just want to clarify, were you able to follow the troubleshooter guide through the official Microsoft website? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

If yes and if the purchase was made without your consent, I highly recommend you reach out to your financial institution/bank again to file a dispute as this will be considered a fraudulent charge. They should apply your refund right away so that the money will be refunded to your payment method.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

    Best Regards,

    Darhyl
