Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to recover expired certifications.

I was unable to renew on the Microsoft Learning portal and when I try to retake the exam at a PearsonVUE test center I get the message that I have already taken the exam and cannot retake it.

I would appreciate any support to recover the lost certifications.
