That is the problem/risk ypu run if you dont use safely remove, and only connect when win has booted
Send it to a third party data revovery service, eg OnTrack

I remove an external usb disk without pressing the safe removal, now it displays file corrupted or access denied. Running a recovery program I found that all the files are there, something I can do in windows?
