That error is generated by a pre-installed MSI utility on your PC, it is either the MSI Companion or MSI Control Center utility, uninstall that MSI software, restart your PC and check if that removes the popup error.
Then you can donwlaod and re-install the latest available version of that utility from the support page for your PC on the MSI website.
