something wrong with the connection to matlab server

when i use matlab at my home, i can easily connect to the server of matlab but when i use campus network , the connection fails and matlab tell me that "unable to communicate with required matlab services (error 5201)"here are my system and hardware details.

    If the issue only occurs with the campus network, ensure that your IP or Vlan has access to the Matlab Server by pinging the Matlab Sever DNS or its IP address. If it is inaccessible from your end, check it with your campus network team.
