Sending an e-mail to recipients i follow this error > ‘’this issue occurred because the message was sent using the utf-8 character set, which the receiving email system doesn’t support. To fix this, the sender can try sending the message using a different, supported character set. Or if their mail server supports it, you can ask the recipient’s email admin to configure their mail server to advertise support for SMTPUTF8, as specified in RFC 6531’’
My question is how to onfigure mail server to advertise support for SMTPUTF8 ?

TL;DR It's available only in Exchange 2019 OnPrem onwards and Microsoft 365
The SMTPUTF8 is likely not supported in the OnPrem version of Exchange 2016 and earlier.
There is a parameter for SMTPUTF8Enabled in the Set-ReceiveConnector, but even when it was enabled, it was not advertised and this behavior can be confirmed via telnet.
To check the status of the SMTPUTF8Enabled
Get-ReceiveConnector * | Identity, SMTPUTF8Enabled
The parameter is listed as for internal Microsoft use only, changing the value of the parameter made no difference.

The EAI (Email Address Internationalization) featured is only listed in the Exchange 2019.
