I think there is no sufficient free space in that partition. Please run:

dir y:\ /s /a >c:\dir.txt

Post the contents of c:\dir.txt.

Hi Shourya, This is Ramesh.

Please open an admin Command Prompt and run these commands:
```
mountvol y: /s
cd /d Y:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\Fonts
del *.ttf
dir y:\
```
Post the output or screenshot here.

Re-run the Windows 11 setup.

If the same error occurs, share the following setup log file on OneDrive (or any other host) and post the link here:

C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log
