Computer freezing very frequently.

Basically, anytime that I will boot up my pc for the last few months, I experience long freezes. After a while they go away. Any time that my desk is shook, a usb device disconnect and reconnect sound goes serveral times and then stops, but following that is a large amount of freezing that can only be stopped by restarting my computer and waiting for a while for the startup freezes to stop. Another thing that can cause this is disconnecting a usb device or connecting one. I need help, I have tried every solution under the sun I could find!
