Dear NaPaCo,
Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I'm glad to be able to help you. If I don't understand your question, please let me know immediately.
I understand that you seem to be in a critical situation right now and your email may be at risk of being hacked. I understand the trouble this issue is causing you and I will do my best to help you resolve it.
Try the following steps to protect your account:
- Change your password immediately: Make sure your new password is strong and unique, and don’t reuse the same password on other accounts. Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA): Multi-factor authentication can add an extra layer of security by requiring you to provide additional verification information when logging in, such as a text message or a code generated by an authenticator app.
- Check account activity: Review your email account’s recent activity history to check for any suspicious logins or activity. If you find anything unusual, take immediate action.
- Update security questions and answers: If your email account uses security questions for authentication, make sure these questions and answers are unique and difficult to guess.
- Scan your device: Scan your device with an up-to-date antivirus and anti-malware program to ensure there are no malware or viruses.
- Notify contacts: If you suspect your email account has been hacked, notify your contacts in case they receive suspicious emails from you.
- Contact your email service provider: If you lose access to your account or find evidence that your account has been hacked, contact your email service provider for help.
- Monitor other accounts: If your email account is linked to other online accounts, make sure those accounts have not been compromised as well and change their passwords.
If your account has been lost:
If you have used a mobile phone number to bind your account, try to use it to retrieve it:

Select "Search" in the article and find your current account according to the mobile phone number you have linked.
If there is no problem with the account password, but you cannot log in, try using the account recovery function to retrieve it:

Select the "Recover your account" option in the article. If you don't have any verification codes, or they have all expired or changed, select "I don't have any options" and try to fill out the account recovery form to get back into your account.
If your problem is not solved or any situation occurs, please contact our online customer service. The above methods are to help you recover your account. In fact, apart from these, we can't help you do anything. Please forgive me.
