ISO boot file disappeared while installing Windows 11 Pro

Dear ladies and gentlemen, today I bought the Windows 11 Pro (ISO) operating system through the Microsoft website and when I installed the system from the Microsoft website, I lost access to the boot file. And now I can’t install the operating system. Can you send the boot file with the code to my account or is it better for me to cancel this purchase and buy the same operating system again.

Уважаемые дамы и господа, я сегодня купила через сайт Microsoft операционную систему Windows 11 Pro (ISO) и у меня при установке системы с сайта Майкрософт пропал доступ к загрузочному файлу. И теперь я не могу установить операционную систему. Может ли мне Microsoft в аккаунт прислать загрузочный файл с кодом или лучше мне аннулировать эту покупку и купить заново эту же операционную систему?

    What version of Windows is now currently installed on your PC, open the Settings App, then go to System - About, please provide a screenshot of that window.

    What ISO file are you referring to is that just a Windows 11 ISO?
