Hi everyone

I have a black screen problem. My Notebook won't even show the windows nor the lenovo logo when i boot it up.

It started after i had some bluetooth problems and the suggestion from the bottom of the bluetooth page was to reinstall the bluetooth drivers.

I deleted the driver and after that my notebook started (lights were on and such) but never went past a black screen.

I tried starting it in save mode but it won't even come to that.

on start:

Also tried holding Ctrl+winlogo+shift+p.

Also tried holding F2

also tried holding F12

also tried holding fn+F2

also tried holding fn+F12

also tried holding F3

also tried holding delete

tried restarting it multiple times for it to open in maintanance mode....but that also didn't work.

I've got a Lenovo IDEAPAD Flex 5i bought it 3 yearsish ago.

Is there anything i can do to fix that?

Hello Julia Greco and welcome to the Microsoft Community!

According to your feedback, you are experiencing a black screen after reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, removing the driver

and the laptop does not display the Windows or Lenovo logo.

Generally, this is considered a hardware problem

Because, the computer can't display the Lenovo and Windows logos.

In this case, it is not possible to enter the bios, and the motherboard does not recognize the system on the hard disk.

Do you see a lot of dust on your laptop? You can clean it up.

If not, you can only send this problem to Lenovo's official support.

Because, this is not a windows system level problem anymore.

You can let the Lenovo support staff to test your computer

to help you solve the problem.

We hope you find the above information helpful.
