    Hello,Juan Hernandez29

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have carefully read the information and problem description you provided. You mentioned that your computer would randomly shut down when playing certain games.

Yes, according to the information displayed in the event viewer, this problem may be caused by hardware. Since hardware failures usually need to be tested on site, and I cannot perform relevant tests on site, I can only give you some suggestions based on my experience.

I noticed that you have replaced the motherboard and power supply. Generally speaking, random shutdown problems may also be related to CPU or hard disk failures. I suggest that you can replace other hard drives and reinstall Windows on this new hard drive. Download stability test software to see if it can pass the test, but due to the rules of the forum, I cannot give you the specific names of these software. You can search for related content on search engines to find them.

If the problem persists after replacing the hard drive, I suggest that you can replace another CPU and also perform stability tests to see if it can pass the test.

    Best regards

Brian - Microsoft Community Support Specialist
