I had my MacBook repaired in June 2019 and at the same time they installed 365 for me but have no paperwork etc. for it. It's still working and when I click on about Work/ Excel etc...the licence seems up-to-date but I am also getting messages that I need to update but when I try it's telling it can't (maybe OS is too old). Any help, greatly appreciated.
