Have you tried deleting all the partitions and installing Windows 10?
Windows can't be installed ......
After all attempts to reset, my Inspiron laptop with only 30 Gb internal and no SSD , does not have enough space to clean Re-install windows,
I tried new install with a downloaded installation media.
When I run it on booting : Where do you want to install windows; then :
"Windows can't be installed on drive 0 partition 1. The partition is an EFI system partition (ESP) ".
This is likely an unusual rom setup. How do I install Windows on this ?

The C drive is actually a partition on some kind of eMMC storage on the ROM !!
No SSD drive at all.
That's why the OS space ran out long ago and Updates were not possible.
Now I have deleted too much (things that I was not allowed to delete but I did ) ,
and now the Windows cannot boot anymore.
I'm trying to revive this with at least a minimum system.
