Hi SJM_67, I hope your doing well despite the problem you are experiencing now and I'm sorry for that. For that let me try to assist you.

Can I ask why do you need to increase the size of your EFI partition? Basically, 100mb is sufficient enough to provide you with what you need. There are sometimes you need to increase its size if you are having multiple operating systems or having error messages with your EFI that needs to be increased.

To increase the size of your EFI using your MiniTool, you need to remove the partition and delete the volume you made. Then once the volume is deleted, you will need to select the EFI volume and extend the ESP by adding the unallocated space. Then apply the changes you made. Please be mindful of configuring system drives as it can damage your Operating system that may cause boot problems. So it is wise to backup your important data incase of problems encountered. Please also refer from the link below to give you an idea about EFI system.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if I didn't address your problem. Don't hesitate to ask for further assistance.

    Regards,
