No audio

Hello, I got a new pc and sound was working fine but after a few days there was no sound, I only have Digital Audio S/PDIF and High Definition Audio Device in the device manager, and I have no audio coming out and i can't install realtek driver. What could I do?

    What operating system is installed??

    With any PC, if something suddenly stops working, you either do a System Restore to a date before the problem started, or go to the device manufacturer's website and download the hardware drivers for the exact model number of your computer for the piece that stopped working..
