I have just seen that there is an updated driver for this device...I've just installed that and will see how it goes.

Hi,
I've been getting a BSOD on my laptop once every three weeks for a long while (about a year) or more. About 5 months ago I wiped the system disk, reinstalled Win10 and made sure the drivers were up to date. It's an old laptop, though, so many drivers have not been updated in a while.
The exact exception is different, but the trace looks similar in bluescreenview. I have uploaded the dmp files from the last 5 crashes here. If someone could take a look and point me in the right direction I would be very grateful!

Thanks - I did that, and it seemed to uninstall the driver.
After I rebooted, it seems to have reinstalled the exact same driver, though (without any intervention from me).

It's a laptop, and the the display adapter is Intel HD Graphics 520. The driver I am using is version 31.0.101.2111, dated 7/19/2022.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing you have there is an error dxgkrnl.sys, this is actually an issue related to your graphics card driver, may I know the make and model of your Graphics card? so that I can provide you with steps wherein we will do a clean installation of the graphics card driver.
