It started last week with vgk.sys error code which is RiotVanguard and after a google search i deleted it and downloaded it again and it ran fine for couple of hours then i started getting WHEA error code from now on after checking event viewer it showed me Nvidia Container could not run so i deleted it and downloaded it and worked for couple of hours then i got gameinput service error and i fixed that too then i started getting DCOM 1084 DispBrokerDesktopSvc and i would go to safemode and repair my drive with chkdsk and it would run fine then when gaming it would just black screen with no blue screen and event viewer would give me this error A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event. this happens everytime i run a game for over 5 min i tried to do a stress test on my cpu and gpu and no crash occurred which makes me think its a drive problem since it mostly crashes in loading screens i contacted microsoft support i did a clean install of windows and ran scannow and all the other command and nothing showed up last thing i did was driver verifier and as expected it kept giving me DRIVER_VERIFIED_DETECTED_VIOLATION but without the (xxxxx.sys) so i dont know which driver is causing it or if its a faulty drive i would appreciate if someone can help me out

Both your minidump files indicate it is a virtual driver associated to the Vanguard anti-cheat software that is causing your system to crash, there is no other contributory factor listed.

Those anti-cheats are linked to the TPM on your motherboard, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed

Then completely uninstall the anti-cheat software, restart your PC and download the latest available version of the Vanguard anti-cheat software.

For normal crashes no dumpfiles are created but for the driver verifier i have these two i am pretty sure it says vgk.sys is the problem but even when i unistall it completely it still crashes i have avast anti virus installed idk if that could be deleting it

Your settings are correct, when your PC blue screens, do you wait for the percentage to reach 100% on the blue screen before restarting the PC?

Do you have any cleaning software installed that may be deleting the minidump files, because Driver Verifier should produce minidump files?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
