    Your Question is confusing

    There is no upgrade for your Windows 7.

    Microsoft no longer sells 8, 8.1 or 10.

    And 11, which is not for free, is not compatible for systems older than 18 months prior to the release of 11.

    IF you bought 7 years ago:

    You can borrow the exact same edition of Windows 7 Retail DVD and use your Windows 7 Product Key on the COA sticker to reinstall the operating system.
