This is a brand new laptop and the Microsoft store is bugged. If I click on it it will get stuck on the startup page and not entering the store. It is not showing on the "Installed app" in the setting. I tried running "wsreset.exe" as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it using windows powershell, but none of them worked.

Thank you Coco for letting me know.

Your Windows 11 is outdated. OS Build 22631.3880 is from a July update.

Please install all available updates in Settings > Windows Update > Click "Check for updates." If you don’t see any update, please capture a screenshot (don't include your email address) and attach it in your next response.

Also, check Optional updates by clicking "Advanced options" and then "Optional updates."

Please let me know if how it goes.

also when I'm running "wsreset.exe" the Command Prompt remains blank for as long until I close it, and this is what comes up when I try to uninstall the store:

Hi Coco, I'm John, a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand you're having issues with the Microsoft Store, and I'm here to help. Could you provide me with a screenshot of your current Windows 11 OS Build?

To do this, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog, type "winver" (without the quotes), and capture a screenshot (make sure not to include your email address), and attach the screenshot in your next response.

Any additional information you can provide will be helpful in diagnosing and resolving the issue.

    John J.D.
