BSOD problem NEW notebook
Hello, I bought a new laptop, but I've been experiencing a blue screen issue from the beginning. I tried installing new drivers, but the problem persists. Could you please help me understand what the issue might be? I am also attaching a file from C:\Windows\Minidump. Thank you for your responses.

2024-10-31T17:24:57+00:00 Thank you for your response. I don’t have NVIDIA Broadcaster on my laptop, and my graphics drivers are up to date. I’ll try uninstalling them and installing older graphics drivers. If that doesn’t help, what else could be the issue? Could it be a technical problem, like a faulty graphics card? It’s a new laptop, so I can still file a warranty claim

Are you using an app like NVIDIA Broadcaster? If so, please uninstall and test to see if the problem occurs.
Also uninstall the current graphics card driver using DDU tool, go to the nvidia website and search for the driver before the last one released, download and install it.
