Do you use a desktop or laptop? What is the exact make and model of your computer?
Windows update blue screen loop
Hi!
Recently, I tried to update my computer, but something went wrong.
It would be in the "Undoing changes made to your computer" screen, and then go into a blue screen after about 5 minutes. After that, it restarts itself and the cycle starts again.
Is there any way to fix this?
I have tried to do safe mode, but nothing happened after doing the force shutdown and start 3-5 times.
Besides that, I also attempted to boot the computer from a usb version of windows 11, but it didn't work either.
I also tried to do pressing the esc button when the "undoing changes made to your computer" screen and nothing happened too.
I have tried to pressing the shift key and F8 and nothing happened too.
