Billing refund

Hello, I had a subscription with liquidtext ( a note taking application for school). I found a new application for school and thought I cancelled the subscription in August, I got an email today from Microsoft saying that they renewed my subscription - showing me that my cancellation did not take. I cancelled it for sure today but was wondering if there is a way to be refunded the funds they took today.

    Make sure to sign in your Microsoft Account

    Select the product you need help with

    Click "Get support in your browser" then describe your issue

    Click Get Help then select "Contact Support" below

    Select "Billing and Account Profile questions" then click Confirm

    Confirm your email then click Confirm

    We do not work for Microsoft so can not help you with refunds.
