Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your WiFi driver already?
Please check and follow the steps below:
- Please click start menu and type troubleshoot and then press enter
Please run Network adapter and Internet option
Kindly check if the issue persists
- Reset the Network
Please click start menu and type Command Prompt
Kindly right click on it
Please select run as administrator
Please copy and paste the command below and hit enter.
netsh winsock reset
netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
Please wait for it to finish, restart your device and check if the issue still persists.
